Terms of service
Terms for using the Coremind Hub informational website and hosting support policies.
Last updated: October 2026
Services
Coremind Hub offers software engineering services, including web and mobile applications, APIs, integrations, and maintenance, and hosting services, including managed cloud or VPS environments, deployment, monitoring, security implementation, and technical support. Backups are included only when specifically listed in the agreed service scope; student hosting plans do not include offsite backups by default. Any work is subject to a separate agreed scope and contract.
Website use
You may use this website to learn about our services, purchase a listed student hosting plan through the third-party checkout, and submit a genuine project inquiry. Do not misuse the site, attempt unauthorized access, or submit unlawful or harmful material. Hosting availability depends on the plan terms shown at checkout.
Hosting checkout and service
Student hosting plans renew automatically by card: Assignment Pass is billed RM 15 monthly, and FYP Defense Pass is billed RM 99 every six months. Use the private subscription management link provided after purchase or in hosting emails to stop future renewals. Hosting remains available through the paid period. A successful payment starts onboarding; project details and an authorized source repository are required before deployment. Hosting is subject to plan limits. Do not commit application secrets to your repository or send them through general inquiries or email. Enter required runtime variables only in the secure environment variables section of paid onboarding. Never submit personal passwords, GitHub tokens, or private keys.
Support scope
Our technical support focuses entirely on the smooth operation of server infrastructure and the hosting platform. We resolve issues originating from our side, including server access and uptime, platform dashboard access, infrastructure and security (e.g., SSL certificate generation), and database provisioning (e.g., PostgreSQL/MySQL container creation).
Support boundaries
You act as the developer for your project. This is an unmanaged hosting service, meaning we do not provide debugging, code editing, or application repair services. Support does not cover code and build errors (e.g., Next.js/React build failures), application configuration issues (CORS, broken endpoints, .env misconfigurations), or application-level database issues (schema migrations, SQL syntax errors, unoptimized queries).
Response time (SLA)
New sales inquiries are normally answered within two business days. For active student hosting customers, technical support about hosting infrastructure is handled via email or Discord during business hours (Monday - Friday, 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM). Assignment Pass targets a 48-hour initial response; FYP Defense Pass targets a 12-hour initial response. These targets do not apply to application code, debugging, builds, or emergency deployments. We advise deploying at least 3 days before your presentation date.
Inquiries and privacy
This website does not provide customer login accounts or a client dashboard. To submit an inquiry, you must acknowledge the privacy notice. Information submitted through the contact form and hosting checkout is handled as described in the privacy policy.
